A ensinanza da nutrición humana na Educación Primaria desde unha perspectiva mediambiental

Abstract

[Resumo] Neste traballo analízanse os obxectivos, os contidos e os criterios de avaliación do currículum de Educación Primaria de Galicia referidos á nutrición humana en xeral e á súa relación co medio ambiente en particular. O resultado desta análise mostra que existe unha idea restrinxida nalgúns dos contidos que deben ser ensinados sobre a nutrición humana, xa que se centran mais que todo na alimentación e a saúde, mentres que fan escasas referencias á idea global de nutrición e á súa relación co medioambiente. Partindo da análise do currículum, desenvolvéronse unha serie de ideas chave relacionadas co tópico para ensinar en Educación Primaria e que se aglutinan ao redor de catro ámbitos de estudo: a) o concepto de nutrición e a súa finalidade; b) os órganos e sistemas que interveñen na mesma; c) a alimentación e a súa importancia para a saúde e d) a repercusión do proceso nutritivo no medio

[Abstract] In this paper analyse the aims, the contents and the criteria of evaluation of the curriculum of Primary Education of Galicia relating to the human nutrition in general and to his relation with the environment in particular. The result of this analysis shows that it exists an restricted idea in some of the contents that must be taught on the human nutrition, centring especially on the supply and health, whereas they do few ones references to the global idea of nutrition and to his relation with the environment. Departing from the analysis of the curriculum, we have developed a key ideas related to this topic to teach in Primary Education that can be classified in four areas of study: a) the concept of nutrition and his purpose; b) the organs and systems that take parte in the same one; c) the supply and its importance for the health and d) the repercussion of the nourishing process in the environment.
