dc.description.abstract[Abstract] In the 1980’s, important social movements formed around an ecological conscience, but also around a strategic conscience. Regarding the later, there was a democratization and an appropriation of the knowledge that had almost always been reserved for the military, and a growing perception of the reciprocity of security. At the same time, different indications made it necessary to articulate the struggle for peace and the struggle for the preservation of the environment. Some years later, it is worth recapping the lessons that came to fruition back then.es_ES
