Ecofeminismos y contra-pedagogías de la crueldad

Abstract

[Resumen] Este artículo centra su análisis en las prácticas artísticas contemporáneas, desde una perspectiva ecofeminista, resaltando su activismo como contra-pedagogías de la cruel-dad en la búsqueda de concienciar y re-educar para una sociedad más justa, sostenible y equitativa con el medioambiente. Proponemos un recorrido que comienza con el estudio de las prácticas pioneras de los años 60 y 70 sobre cómo inciden en un activismo feminista contra el monocultivo cultural y el capitalismo verde. Observaremos cómo el compromi-so de estas artistas se conserva en las prácticas actuales y contemporáneas, tanto en el planteamiento de sus proyectos como en el desarrollo de sus procesos están centradas en la ecojusticia, la teoría de los afectos y los vínculos personales con y para la comuni-dad. La acción o transformación estética siempre es respetuosa, ética y no utilitarista del contexto sobre el cual intervienen, reflexionan o investigan. Concluiremos este itinerario con la presentación de la obra de Ruth Montiel Arias (Palmeira, A Coruña, 1977) como un potente referente contemporáneo de sensibilización ecológica y contra-pedagogía de la crueldad en el ámbito artístico

[Abstract] This article focuses its analysis on contemporary artistic practices, f rom an ecofeminist perspective, highlighting their activism as counter-pedagogies of cruelty in the search for whose artists are f ramed f rom the ecofeminist perspective as a counter-pedagogical activism to raise awareness and re-educate for a more just, sustainable and equitable society with the environment. We propose a journey that begins with the study of the pioneering practices of the 60’s and 70’s. These artistic practices we study, f rom a his-torical and current point of view, on how they affect a feminist activism against cultural monoculture and green capitalism. We will observe how the commitment of these artists is preserved in current and contemporary practices, both in the approach of their projects and in the development of their processes focused on ecojustice, the theory of affections and personal links with and for the community. The action or aesthetic transformation is always respectful, ethical and non-utilitarian of the context in which they intervene, reflect or investigate. We will conclude this itinerary with the presentation of the work of Ruth Montiel Arias (Palmeira, A Coruña, 1977) as a powerful contemporary reference of ecological awareness and counter-pedagogy of cruelty in the artistic field.
