dc.description.abstract | [Resumen] La era tecnológica ha transformado los hábitos y las costumbres de muchas personas, creando la nueva cultura digital; siendo las últimas generaciones quienes han conseguido adaptarse con mayor facilidad. El presente trabajo investigativo recaba información que puede ser utilizada por la industria de los videojuegos, ya que permite entender el comportamiento de sus usuarios y a como incitarlos a consumir sus productos digitales. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar el comportamiento de compra de los usuarios dentro del videojuego Free Fire, producto de las emociones que se producen durante la experiencia de juego. Para ello se optó por la metodología exploratoria-descriptiva; mediante la cual se tomaron datos desde los estímulos cerebrales de los videojugadores mientras interactuaban dentro del juego y se los comparó con el comportamiento de inversión del jugador. Los resultados demostraron que la emoción del interés de los jugadores por el videojuego no es suficiente para que exista inversión en línea juegan un rol importante las emociones de compromiso, interés y relajación. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | [Abstract] The technological era has transformed the habits and customs of many people and created a new digital culture. Young people have succeeded in adapting more easily. The information reported in this article may be of interest to the video game industry, since it offers insights into the behaviour of video gamers and how to encourage them to buy the products featured in the videogames they play. The aim of this research is to identify the purchasing behaviour of users within the Free Fire video game and how emotions experienced affect players during the gaming experience. The study uses an exploratory-descriptive methodology, which comprises the data of the players’ brain activity while interacting inside the game comparing them with the investment behavior of the player. The results show that the emotions which play an important role for online investments are engagement, interest and relaxation. | es_ES |
