El consentimiento en la experimentación con seres humanos. El caso de los ensayos clínicos

Abstract

[Resumen] La experimentación con seres humanos es una práctica científica necesaria para producir avances clínicos en el campo de la medicina, pero no está exenta de problemas. En este trabajo se sostiene que el requisito esencial que hace posible la experimentación sobre los seres humanos es la participación voluntaria del sujeto en dichos procesos, y se desarrollan las consecuencias de esta idea.
