Arte educação ambiental como constructo transdisciplinar

Abstract

[Resumo] A partir da práxis de arte-educadores que articulam arte-educação e educação ambiental, particularmente na ONG Núcleo de Educação e Monitoramento Ambiental (NEMA), de Rio Grande/RS, e na Escola da Natureza, de Brasília/DF, constatamos a emergência da expressão arte-educação ambiental e propomos refletir sobre a articulação desses campos. Objetivamos investigar o fenômeno, seu conteúdo, metodologias e sentidos que abriga, sugerindo a elaboração de um constructo transdisciplinar que oriente a sua compreensão, bem como elucidar se a arte-educação ambiental se configura como uma subárea ou especialidade do conhecimento emergente (CNPq), já que a expressão não se limita ao NEMA e à Escola da Natureza, sendo utilizada em outras ONGs e instituições de educação. Compõem o corpus teórico: educação estética e arte-educação (AGUIRRE, 2009; BARBOSA, 2005; DUARTE JR.,1988, 2004; RICHTER, 2003; SCHILLER,1991); educação ambiental (CARVALHO,2004; JACOBI, 2005; REIGOTA,1988); ecologia humana (DANSA et. al.,2012); complexidade e transdisciplinaridade (LEFF, 2009; MAFFESOLI, 1998, 2008; MORIN, 2002, 2007; NICOLESCU, 2001; SANTOS, 2000, 2007). Com abordagem qualitativa, a pesquisa se caracteriza como participativa e o método contempla a composição de um coletivo-pesquisador, que pela produção de uma mandala de saberes elaborará o constructo arte-educação ambiental. Como resultados parciais, realizamos o estado da arte da temática e o coletivo-pesquisador.

[Abstrac] From the educational praxis of art educators who articulate art education and environmental education in the NGO Núcleo de Educação e Monitoramento Ambiental - NEMA and Escola da Natureza, we see the emergence of the expression environmental art education and propose a reflection on the link between both areas. We aim to investigate such phenomenon, its contents, methodologies and the senses it comprises, suggesting the development of a transdisciplinary construct. Similarly, we aim to elucidate whether environmental art education is configured as an emerging knowledge sub-area or specialty, since the term is not limited to NEMA and Escola da Natureza and has been used in other NGOs and education institutions. The theoretical basis of this research is formed by art education (AGUIRRE, 2009; BARBOSA, 2005; DUARTE JR, 1988,2004; RICHTER, 2003; SCHILLER, 1991), enviromental education (CARVALHO, 2004; JACOBI, 2005; REIGOTA, 1988), human ecology (DANSA et al., 2012); complex thought and transdisciplinarity (LEFF, 2009; MAFFESOLI, 1998, 2008; MORIN, 2002, 2007; NICOLESCU, 2001 SANTOS, 2000, 2007). With a qualitative approach, the research is characterized as participatory; its method comprise the composition of a research collective, developing the construct environmental art education. Preliminarily, we indicate the composition of the investigative collective and survey of the state-of-art of the field.
