Plan estratégico participativo para el desarrollo de la actividad turística en la comunidad Puerto Santa Ana, Parroquia Madre Tierra, Provincia de Pastaza – Ecuador

Abstract

[Resuemen] Se plantea la creación de un Plan Estratégico Participativo con el fin de que la comunidad se dé cuenta del gran potencial que poseen y trabajen en equipo para poder obtener alternativas de fuentes de trabajo y por ende de recursos económicos y evitar así la migración y aculturización de sus habitantes.Este Plan Estratégico permitirá sacar a flote las habilidades de cada uno de sus pobladores, mantener intactas sus costumbres y tradiciones, dar a conocer a la Comunidad Puerto Santa Ana y sobre todo admitir el ingreso de turistas extranjeros a disfrutar de una experiencia única e inolvidable.La falta de fuentes de trabajo ha hecho que la mayoría de sus pobladores migren hacia la ciudad en busca de ingresos económicos, sin darse cuenta el potencial con el que cuenta a nivel de recursos naturales y culturales

[Abstract] The creation of a Participatory Strategic Plan in order for the community to realize the great potential they have and work as a team to obtain alternative sources of employment and hence economic resources and avoid migration arises and acculturation of its inhabitants This Strategic Plan will allow to float the skills of each of its inhabitants, keeping intact their customs and traditions, to inform the Puerto Santa Ana Community and especially support the entry of foreign tourists to enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience. The lack of jobs has made most of its people migrate to the city in search of income, not realizing the potential that level account natural and cultural resources
