[Resumen:]En el presente trabajo se va a realizar un breve análisis de la reforma constitucional del 2011 a través de los principios constitucionalistas del Estado democrático y social, siguiendo las premisas defendidas por el Profesor Doctor Javier Ruipérez Alamillo a lo largo de sus obras.

[Abstract]: In this paper the constitutional amendment of 2011 will be briefly analysed through the constitutionalist principles of democratic and social state. This will be carried out by following the premises that Prof. Javier Ruipérez Alamillo defends throughout his works.
