jurisdiccional. [Abstract:] Through a brief research on the genealogy of the Constitutional Courts and their meaning
within the institutional framework of the Democratic and Rule-of-Law State, as well as the analysis
of the roles played by the Court of Justice of the European Union, the different kinds of dialogues or
quasi-dialogues between theese two subjects are appraised, in order to confront the legitimacy of
each one of them at the momento in which they both exercise their juridiction
