Abstract

[Resumen] El presente trabajo presenta de forma clara, en dos capítulos, la evolución histórica de las Garantías Fundamentales en las Constituciones Brasileñas para que los estudiantes que se interesan por el derecho brasileño puedan conocer las garantías fundamentales previstas en la constitución Federal de Brasil de 1988. En el primer capítulo, tratamos de conceptos básicos sobre la diferenciación entre derechos y garantías para que el lector consiga tener la visión clara del tema y así poder entender el capítulo siguiente. En el segundo capítulo, describimos el concepto histórico y evolución de las garantías, tratadas una por una, dando al lector conocimiento de cada Instituto, juntamente con la evolución en todas las Constituciones Brasileñas

[Abstract] The present work presents in a clear way, in two chapters, the historical evolution of the Fundamental Guarantees in the Brazilian Constitutions so the students that are interesting in the Brazilian right can learn more about fundamental guarantees considered in the Brazilian ́s Federal Constitution of 1988. At chapter one, we treated basic concepts of the difference between rights and guarantees, so the reader can get a clear vision of the topic and thus being able to understand the next chapter. In the second chapter, describe the historic concept and evolution of the guarantees, treated one by one, giving to the reader knowledge of each Institute with the evolution in all Brazilian Constitutions.
