Abstract
[Abstract] We present a measurement of the branching fractions and charge-parity-(๐ถโข๐-)violating parameters in ๐ต โ ๐โข๐พ decays. The results are obtained from the final data sample containing 772ร106 ๐ตโข๐ต pairs collected at the ฮฅโก(4โข๐) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy ๐+โข๐โ collider. We obtain the branching fractions โฌโก(๐ต0 โ ๐โข๐พ0) = (4.5 ยฑ 0.4โข(stat) ยฑ 0.3โข(syst)) ร 10โ6,โฌโก(๐ต+ โ ๐โข๐พ+) = (6.8 ยฑ 0.4โข(stat) ยฑ 0.4โข(syst)) ร 10โ6 which are in agreement with their respective current world averages. For the ๐ถโข๐-violating parameters, we obtain ๐๐โข๐พ0๐ = โ0.36 ยฑ 0.19โข(stat) ยฑ 0.05โข(syst), ๐ฎ๐โข๐พ0๐ = +0.91 ยฑ 0.32โข(stat) ยฑ 0.05โข(syst),๐๐โข๐พ+ = โ0.03 ยฑ 0.04โข(stat) ยฑ 0.01โข(syst), where ๐ and ๐ฎ represent the direct and mixing-induced ๐ถโข๐ asymmetry, respectively. We find no evidence of ๐ถโข๐ violation in the decay channel ๐ต+ โ ๐โข๐พ+; however, we obtain the first evidence of ๐ถโข๐ violation in the ๐ต0 โ ๐โข๐พ0๐ decay channel at the level of 3.1 standard deviations.
