Abstract
[Resumen] Analizamos el peso que tiene la creatividad en el rendimiento académico. Utilizamos
una muestra de 1124 estudiantes de la E.S.O. (Comunidad Autónoma Gallega) y les aplicamos
el "Khatena-Torrance Creative Perception Inventory". Encontramos que el efecto de la creatividad en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes (medido a través de sus calificaciones escolares) es muy poco, tanto en diversas disciplinas como en el total de la muestra
[Abstract] We analyzed the importance of creativity in academic performance. We used a sample of 1124 C.S.E. students and we applied the Khatena-Torrance Creative Perception Inventory to them. We found that creativity had little effect on the students' academic performace (measured by means of their school marks), both in different subjects and in the total of the sample.
