Abstract
[Resumo] As intercorrelacións entre os tipos Holland na escala total, (obtidas a través dunha adaptación do Self-Directed Search -BE/98- a adolescentes galegos) nunha mostra de adolescentes galegos tenden á orde RIASEC e resultan moi similares ás doutros países. Os resultados deste estudio amparan o uso, con moderación, das interpretacións asociadas á teoría tipolóxica de Holland no noso contexto cultural e especialmente na praxe orientadora
[Abstract] The intercorrelations among the types Holland in the total scale, (obtained through an adaptation from the Self-Directed Search BE/98- to adolescens galician) in a Galician adolescens sample tend to the order RIASEC and result very similar to those of other countries. The results shelter the use, with moderation, of the Holland's tipology in our cultural context and of special way in the career guidance.
