Colocar o mundo entre parênteses: loucos, místicos e iluminados na escrita de Hilda Hist

Abstract

[Resumo] Este artigo pretende interpretar certas vertentes da extensa e singular produção da escritora brasileira Hilda Hilst a partir do valor literário da discordância e da comprovação do diferente valor reivindicatório, crítico e indagador que esta categoria adquire na escrita. A categoria da dissonância é, portanto, a chave para ultrapassar a aparente divergência entre os diferentes códigos retóricos, formais e temáticos e interpretar a obra de Hilst com base numa evolução no interior do seu percurso literário alicerçada num difícil e instável equilíbrio entre a convenção e a transgressão. Esta inconstante harmonia revela, afinal, como tanto os heróicos protagonistas do teatro hilstiano, quanto as desvairadas e/ou lúcidas personagens que povoam diferentes obras de poesia e prosa da autora, resultam igualmente obscenas por defender um pensamento distante do estreito racionalismo assumido pela contemporaneidade, inspirado pela defesa da liberdade e por uma infértil procura de um sentido para a existência. Perante a amplitude e diversidade de um discurso complicado e, por vezes também ambíguo, optamos por uma análise complexa e ecléctica articulada num discurso digressivo e demonstrativo para avaliar a proposta literária hilstiana. Este exame revela como Hilst opta por privilegiar o tabu da irracionalidade para constituir o sentido do seu discurso crítico desde a perspectiva de um dos excessos mais ameaçadores para a ordem social: a dúvida da razão. A apreciação dos textos desvela uma dinâmica dialéctica, pois aquilo que a sociedade interpreta como uma extravagância delirante e indecorosa evidencia-se coerente e fundamentado, pois é lógico revelar-se contra a cegueira contemporânea e interrogar a possível transcendência com desespero, quando somos conscientes de que a existência é delimitada pelos conceitos de tempo, finitude e morte. Aliás, igualmente, percebemos como na obra hilstiana, sempre é aproveitado, por via directa ou indirecta, o discurso daqueles que se sentem agredidos por essa reabilitação dos silenciados, da sociedade, para melhor denegri-la, ao atribuir-lhe toda a responsabilidade da violência constitutiva das relações humanas.

[Abstract] This article intends to interpret certain aspects of the extensive and unique production of Brazilian writer Hilda Hilst from the literary value of the disagreementand different proof of value of claims, critical and questioning that this category takes in writing. The category of dissonance is therefore the key to overcome the apparent divergence between different rhetorical codes, and interpret formal and thematicHilst's work, based on an evolution within her literary career, rooted in a difficult and unstable balance between convention and transgression. This unstable harmony reveals, after all, as both heroic protagonists Hilst’s theater, as the frantic and / orlucid characters that populate different works of poetry and prose of the author, also results obscene for defending a distant thought of the narrow rationalism assumed contemporaneity, Inspired by the defense of freedom and an infertile seeking a meaningto existence. Before the amplitude and diversity of a complicated speech and sometimes, too ambiguous, we opted for an eclectic and complex analysis articulated in a speech and digressive statement to evaluate the Hilst’s literary proposal. This examination reveals how Hilst chooses to focus on the taboo of irrationality to constitute the meaning of his critical discourse from the perspective of the excesses of a more threatening to the social order: the doubt of reason. The appreciation of the texts reveals a dynamic dialectical, because what society interprets as a delusional and unseemly extravagance shows up coherent and reasoned, it is logical to prove against contemporary blindness and ask about the possible transcendence with despair, when we are aware of that existence is bounded by the concepts of time, finitude and death. Incidentally, also, as we see in the Hilst’s work, always enjoyed, by direct or indirect, the discourse of those who feel assaulted by the rehabilitation of the silenced society, to denigrate it better, to give it the full responsibility violence constitutive of human relations.
