[Resumen] Existe una obligación de los centros educativos de alfabetizar a nuestros alumnos en el manejo
de los instrumentos culturales más potentes, actualmente, de acceso a la información y de comunicación y, también, de relaciones humana. Constituyen un recurso educativo y didáctico que cuenta, por un lado, con un alto poder de fascinación y motivación y, por otro lado, con un enorme
potencial para la formación y el aprendizaje. El programa del Ayuntamiento de A Coruña como
otros programas que se realizan en otras comunidades intentan ayudar a conseguir estos objetivos
