Abstract
[Resumen] La evaluación de nuestro Sistema Educativo
revela problemas con relación a nuestro
entorno Europeo, nuestros alumnos están
por debajo de la media europea.
El hecho de que formemos parte la
Comunidad Europea demanda la adquisición
de destrezas de comunicación, trabajo en
equipo, medidas de atención a la diversidad,
aprovechamiento del uso de las NTIC, en la
resolución de problemas entre otras.
Hoy en día, cuando hemos superado con
creces una década desde la entrada en vigor
de la Ley Orgánica 1/1990 de 3 de octubre
sobre la Ordenación General del Sistema
Educativo (LOGSE), hemos caminado de
puntillas por la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica
10/2002, de 23 de diciembre, de Calidad de la
Educación (LOCE) y estamos en pleno debate
para la creación de un nuevo marco normativo
global para nuestro Sistema Educativo, lo cierto es que este asunto sigue teniendo lagunas
importantes con respecto a la atención a la
diversidad y más concretamente a nivellegislativo.
[Abstract] The evaluation of our Educative System reveals problems in relation to our European surroundings, our students are below the European average. The fact that we comprise the European Community demands the acquisition of communication skills, work in equipment, measures of attention to the diversity, advantage of the use of the NTIC, in the resolution of problems among others. Nowadays, when we have surpassed fully one decade from the take effect of Statutory law 1/1990 of 3 of October on the General Arrangement of Sistema Educativo (LOGSE), we have walked of finishing nails by the application of Statutory law 10/2002, of 23 of December, Quality of Educacio'n (LOCE) and are in the heat of debates for the creation of a new global normative frame for our Educative System, the certain thing is that this subj ect continues having important lagoons with respect to the attention more concretely the diversity and legislative level.
