Abstract
[Abstract] This chapter explores Medbh McGuckian’s The Thankless Paths to Freedom(2022) from a posthuman perspective, looking specifically at the environment and its relationship with human and non-human animals. Such an innovative approach will consider the various forms of visible and invisible exclusion, of both women and animals, that are present in our current Western anthropo-centric and androcentric traditions.
