Abstract
[Resumen] La investigación que sustenta este artículo
tiene como finalidad poner de manifiesto las
relaciones que deben existir entre la formación
universitaria y el entorno sociolaboral. En este
caso, son los estudios de Educación, concretamente
la titulación de Psicopedagogía, los que
se convierten en el objetivo diagnóstico. Para
entender los alcances, posibilidades y limitaciones
de estos estudios nos planteamos como
imprescindible analizar las valoraciones que
ofrecen los diferentes agentes implicados en
los mismos (profesores, alumnos y egresados).
De este modo, se presentan algunas reflexiones
sobre diferentes variables relacionadas con
la información sobre salidas profesionales, la
satisfacción de expectativas laborales, la relación
entre la formación universitaria y el
desempeño profesional, la valoración de la
formación recibida a nivel personal, intelectual
y profesional, etc.
Entendemos que el momento de cambio
universitario y convergencia europea en el
que nos encontramos inmersos hace imprescindible
la reflexión sobre las relaciones entre
la formación y el empleo.
[Abstract] The aim of he investigation which supports this article is to state the relation that there must be between University Training and Socio-Labour Environment. In this case, it is the educational studies, specifically the degree in Psycopedagogy, which becomes the diagnostic objective. We consider it is essential to analyze the assessments offered by the different agents involved in these studies (students, professors and graduates) to understand the scopes, possibilities and limitations of them. Thus, we present some reflections on different variables related to the information about career opportunities, the satisfaction of labour expectations, the relation between university training and professional fulfilment and finally related to the evaluation which students receive at a personal, intellectual and professional level. We understand that the moment of university change and European convergence we are immersed in makes these reflections on the relations between training and employment essential
