Estatus legal de la educación física y su profesorado en el sistema educativo español hasta el año 2021. Análisis de la legislación no curricular de Galicia (2ª parte)

Abstract

[Resumen]: En este trabajo se profundiza en la hipótesis presentada en la 1ª parte acerca de que el factor normativo influye y es reflejo de la baja percepción del estatus de la misma por parte de los diferentes agentes del hecho educativo. En él se realiza un análisis crítico de la legislación no curricular relacionada con la Educación Física (EF) y su profesorado en el sistema educativo español, centrado concretamente en el caso de la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia. El análisis refleja nuevamente que el tratamiento que legalmente se otorga a la EF y su profesorado está lejos de ser compatible con una visión igualitaria con el resto de las materias, siendo este independiente del color político que gestione la administración educativa[Abstract]: In this work, the hypothesis presented in the 1st part about that the normative factor influences and is a reflection of the low perception of its status by the different agents of the educational fact is deepened. In it, a critical analysis of the non-curricular legislation related to Physical Education (PE) and its teaching staff in the Spanish educational system is carried out, specifically focused on the case of the Autonomous Community of Galicia. The analysis again reflects that the treatment that is legally granted to PE and its teachers is far from being compatible with an equal vision with the rest of the subjects, this being independent of the political color that the educational administration manages.
