Abstract
[Resumen] Analizar, proponer y orientar sobre los perfiles
profesionales de mayor relevancia en la
actualidad y el contexto social en el que nos
desenvolvemos es un objetivo importante para
cualquier titulación universitaria que pretenda
formar profesionales capaces y competentes.
Para ello, el primer paso consiste en definir
claramente los perfiles profesionales reales de
una titulación concreta. Posteriormente "educar
y orientar" hacia ellos desde la definición
de los objetivos formativos recogidos en los
planes de estudio de cada titulación.
En este sentido, se considera al practicun
como una importante estrategia de orientación
profesional. Através de una planificación reflexiva
y flexible del mismo, no sólo se da a conocer
la realidad laboral, sino que se entrena en el
desarrollo de habilidades, destrezas, capacidades,
actitudes, ... necesarias en el desempeño
de los campos laborales del pedagogo
[Abstract] To analyze, to propose and to guide at the present time on professional profiles of more relevance and the social context in which we unwrap ourselves is an important objective for any university course that needs to form capable and competent professionals. For it, the first step consists on defining clearly the real professional profiles. Later on we want to educate and guide toward them from the definition ofthe formative objectives picked up in the plans of study of each cuurse. In this sense, the training is considered to be an important strategy ofprofessional orientation. Through a reflexive and flexible planning, it is not only shown the labor reality, irs also a big experience for the students in the development of abilities, dexterities, capacities, attitudes, ... qualities that are necessary in the educator's labor fields.
