Abstract
[Resumen] El liderazgo y el líder son expresiones
propias de la modernidad, aunque a 10 largo
de la historia haya manifestaciones de dirección
y control del grupo o de la sociedad. Se
trata de una construcción para explicar un
espacio social que ocupa en nuestro tiempo y
es una referencia. Se presentan unas coordenadas
para delimitar el objeto de estudio y se
presentan los ámbitos metodológicos y teóricos
para explicar tal fenómeno social.
[Abstract] The leadership and the leader are own expressions of the modernity, although along the history, it has had sorne direction and control declarations of the group or the society. It treats of a construction to explain a social space which occupies in our time and it is a reference. Sorne coordinates are presented to delimit the objet of study and methologic and theoretic ambits are showed to explain such a social phenomenon
