[Resumo] Este estudo mostra os resultados dunha investigación, que ten como finalidade aportar os datos sobre a nosoloxía específica do trastorno de Asperger e o trastorno autista de alto funcionamento, en canto puideran constituír dúas categorías clínicas diferenciais, así como, se fóra o caso, as implicacións que as súas conclusións puideran significar para a intervención psicoeducativa de ambas poboacións de estudantes
