Abstract
[Resumen] En la sociedad actual en la que vivimos,
muy marcada por las modas y el culto al cuerpo,
es necesario conocer la problemática que
viven los adolescentes ya que es una etapa
muy importante en el desarrollo de la persona.
El presente artículo analiza las patologías
que presentan los alumnos de Educación
Secundaria Obligatoria de Galicia en los problemas
de Alexitimia, Salud Mental y
Trastornos Alimentarios con edades comprendidas
entre 12 y 16 años, evaluadas con las
Escalas TAS-20, GHQ-28 y EAT-40. Así
mismo, busca encontrar las diferencias significativas
que existen entre unas y otras edades,
y las dificultades que se pueden presentar
de cara a una buena educación y orientación
por parte de sus profesores.
[Abstract] In the current society in which we live, very marked by the modes and the worship to the body is necessary to know the problematics through that the teenagers live since it is a very important stage in the development of the person. The present article tries to analyze then the pathologies which present the pupils of E.S.O. of Galicia in Alexithymia’s problems, Mental Health and Eating Disorders aged between 12 and 16 years, evaluated with the Scales TAS-20, GHQ-28 and EAT-40. Likewise it seeks to think the significant differences that exist between some and other ages and the difficulties that they can present with a view to a good education and orientation on the part of their teachers.
