Las conclusiones permiten intuir que la perspectiva de género puede ser de ayuda para entender las dinámicas comisivas del mencionado delito.[Abstract] In this paper, the author analyzesthe dynamics of the crime of false allegation (§456 of the Spanish Penal Code). The methodology consisted of examining more than two hundred convictions, and systematizing them according to the crime reported, the gender of the complainant and the accused, and the relationship between both of them.
