Abstract
[Resumo] Este traballo pretende analizar de forma exhaustiva, desde o punto de vista legal, os accesos áfunción pública, e concretamente á Inspección de Traballo, das mulleres. Valóranse as condicións de igualdade xurídica e social desde o ingreso da primeira muller na Inspección en 1933 até os nosos días. Ao longo do traballo queda patente o extenso e tortuoso camiño que as mulleres tiveron que percorrer.
[Abstract] This work intends to analyse exhaustively, the accesses to the public function, and specifically to the Inspection of Work of women, from the legal point of view. Legal and social equality are taken into consideration from the entry of the first woman in the Inspection in 1933 until ourdays. The long and tortuous path that women had to walk is portrayed throughout the work.
