Abstract
[Resumen] Estudio relativo a la permisiva regulación alemana sobre cesión de trabajadores.
Esta regulación alemana está contenida, en lo esencial, en la Ley para la Regulación de
la Cesión de Trabajadores con Fines Empresariales de 1972, enmendada. La Ley alemana
contrasta fuertemente con la regulación contenida en el artículo 43 de la Estatuto
de los Trabajadores español y en la Ley núm. 14/1994, sobre Empresas de Trabajo
Temporal, por causa de la carencia de una regulación uniforme en el plano del Derecho
de la Unión Europea.
[Abstract] Study relating to the german permissive regulation on employees cession. This german regulation is contained, in essence, in the Act to Regulate the Cession of Employees with Employer Purposes of 1972, as amended. The German Act contrasts heavily with the regulation contained in article 43 of the Spanish Statute of Employees and in the Act num. 14/1994, on Temporary Work Agencies, due to the lack of a uniform regulation at the level of the European Union Law.
