Abstract
[Resumo] A dimisión dos traballadores, en canto que causa extintiva do seu contrato, é unha institución tradicional do noso dereito individual do traballo. A crise económica puxo de moda esta institución,ao seu pesar, de aí que este artigo se oriente a dar conta da máis recente xurisprudencia laboral, especialmente de unificación da doutrina, a este respecto.
[Abstract] The worker’s resignation, in as much as a just cause for the termination of his contract, is a traditional institution of our individual Labour Law. Despite it, the economic crisis has put this institution in fashion. Hence this paper aims to study the most recent labour case-law, and namely the one ad judged in unification of doctrine, relating to the same.
