Abstract
[Resumen]: La empresa Pululart se dedica al diseño y desarrollo web para empresas y tiendas online.
Actualmente trabaja con el Content Management System(CMS) de Magento 2 para implementar
la mayoría de los e-commerce de las tiendas cliente relacionadas. Sin embargo, durante los
últimos años creció la necesidad de monitorizar las acciones que realizan los usuarios para
analizar los resultados del departamento de marketing. Para esto, actualmente se están utilizando
herramientas externas como Google Data Studio, introduciendo los datos manualmente.
Hacerlo así implica que el coste de tiempo para hacer un informe en una tienda cliente sea
demasiado elevado.
Para reducir este coste, se requiere una extensión en Magento 2 que permita generar distintos
resultados en función de la necesidad de cada tienda. En esta plataforma ya existen
diferentes reportes que vienen instalados, pero ninguno de ellos es suficiente para lo que la
empresa Pululart necesita en el día a día.
Por lo tanto, este trabajo consiste en la realización de dicha extensión de tal forma que
cubra el mayor número de posibilidades actuales y sea fácil de ampliar en el futuro con el
crecimiento de la empresa y de los propios clientes.
[Abstract]: The company Pululart is dedicated to the design and web development for companies and online stores. He currently works with the Magento 2 Content Management System (CMS) to implement- Tar most of the e-commerce of the related customer stores. However, during the last years the need to monitor the actions carried out by users to analyze the results of the marketing department has grown. For this, external tools such as Google Data Studio are currently being used, entering the data manually. Doing so implies that the cost of time to make a report in a client store is too high. To reduce this cost, an extension is required in Magento 2 that allows to generate different results depending on the need of each store. In this platform there are already different reports that are installed, but none of them is enough for what the company Pululart needs day by day. Therefore, this work consists in the realization of this extension in such a way that it covers the greatest number of current possibilities and it be easy to expand in the future with the growth of the company and the customers themselves.
