Abstract
[Abstract] In this article we ask ourselves how the University, responsible for initial teacher training, is teaching coeducation. To do this we analyse how legal measures to ensure equality have been applied in universities. We explore the learning resulting from quick access to information which is increasingly expanding, horizontal and delocalised, and its possible consequences. Concluding in the confusion of prevailing ideas in questions whose roots lie in feminism and a lack of adequate training to enable future professionals in the different levels of the education system to commit to building coeducational schools and with the changes in an education that it is recognised transmits and legitimises gender-based discriminatory inequalities
