Aplicación web para a xestión de servizos de barberías

Abstract

[Resumo]: Este proxecto consiste no deseño e implementación dunha aplicación web que facilite a xestión integral das barberías, optimizando os procesos operativos e mellorando a experiencia de clientes, barbeiros e administradores. A aplicación contará con tres tipos principais de usuarios: cliente, barbeiro e administrador (xefe), cada un con funcionalidades específicas adaptadas ás súas necesidades. Os clientes poderán realizar reservas en liña, seleccionar servizos personalizados, recibir recomendacións de cortes de cabelo baseadas na forma do rostro e xestionar o seu perfil persoal. Ademais, disporán dun historial de citas e de notificacións automáticas para lembralas. Poderán tamén deixar calificacións e comentarios sobre os servizos recibidos. Os barbeiros disporán dun panel profesional para xestionar a súa axenda, recibir notificacións de citas, manter un historial de clientes e actualizar o seu perfil, incluíndo información sobre especialidades e horarios. O administrador terá acceso a funcionalidades avanzadas para a xestión global da barbería, incluíndo a configuración de servizos, prezos e a xestión de usuarios (clientes e barbeiros). Ademais, poderá crear e xestionar promocións. O backend da aplicación implementarase como unha API REST utilizando Java e o framework Spring, empregando PostgreSQL como sistema de xestión de bases de datos. O fron- tend web desenvolverase empregando o framework Vue.js, garantindo unha interface amigable e moderna. Este enfoque modular e escalable asegurará que a aplicación poida adaptarse ás necesidades específicas das barberías, diferenciándose dos sistemas tradicionais de xestión de citas.

[Abstract]: This project involves the design and implementation of a web application that facilitates the comprehensive management of barbershops, optimizing operational processes and enhancing the experience for clients, barbers, and administrators. The application will feature three main types of users: client, barber, and administrator (owner), each with specific functionalities tailored to their needs. Clients will be able to make online reservations, select personalized services, receive haircut recommendations based on face shape, and manage their personal profile. Additionally, they will have access to a history of appointments and automatic notifications as reminders. They will also be able to leave ratings and reviews about the services received. Barbers will have access to a professional dashboard to manage their schedule, receive appointment notifications, maintain a client history, and update their profile, including details about specialties and availability. The administrator will have access to advanced features for the overall management of the barbershop, including configuring services, pricing, and user management (clients and barbers). Additionally, they will be able to create and manage promotions. The application’s backend will be implemented as a REST API using Java and the Spring framework, with PostgreSQL as the database management system. The web frontend will be developed using the Vue.js framework, ensuring a user-friendly and modern interface. This modular and scalable approach will ensure that the application can adapt to the specific needs of barbershops, setting it apart from traditional appointment management systems.
