Abstract
[Abstract]: The main objective of this Final Degree Project is to develop a cross-platform mobile application to help people combat their addictions and thus improve their lifestyle. To do this, users can define different goals that help them to improve and stay motivated with the process. The main function of the application is a counter that shows the user how long he or she has gone without relapsing. It is complemented by milestone achievements, such as the first week or month without relapsing. The user can even define their savings in terms of money, time, calories or any other unit they wish, for each day that passes. On the other hand, there is also a community that allows users with the same problems to share experiences. In addition, the application allows you to create a personalised list of all the reasons why you are in the process, so that in moments of weakness you can remember your reasons. These can range from monetary reasons to family or health reasons. In addition to addictions, the application also allows the definition of activities that promote good habits and a daily log where the user can keep a history of how he/she felt during the process. The application consists of a Java backend to support a REST API implemented in Spring Boot and a JavaScript frontend using the React Native framework.
