Funerarias Mariña, S.L. Elaboración dun protocolo familiar

Abstract

[Resumo]: Neste traballo preténdese realizar un análise dos riscos que presenta a pequena empresa familiar Funerarias Mariña, S.L., para a posterior realización dun Protocolo Familiar adaptado ás necesidades específicas desa sociedade e dese grupo familiar en concreto. Unha introdución xeral do sector funerario e unha visión deste na comunidade autónoma galega encabezan o escrito, profundando a continuación no seo das empresas familiares. Así mesmo, preséntase a entidade Funerarias Mariña, S.L., prestando especial atención á descrición familiar e da historia da empresa, xunto coas súas particularidades. En última instancia, realízase o análise exhaustivo e exposición dos riscos, reflexionando sobre as medidas a tomar para emendalos ou evitalos, posteriormente incluídas no Protocolo. As conclusións pechan o presente documento.[Abstract]: This paperwork focuses on carrying out an analysis of the risks that the little family business Funerarias Mariña, S.L. face, in order to execute a Family Protocol adapted to the specific needs of this society and the said family group. A general introduction of the funeral sector and a vision of this Galician autonomous community are the head of the document, with further deepening within family business. Moreover, the entity Funerarias Mariña, S.L., is presented with special attention in the family members and the company history, together with its distinctive features. In the final analysis, a thorough analysis and exposition of the risks is completed, reflecting on the measures to take in order to emend and avoid them, later included in the Protocol. The conclusions finalize the document.
