Proyecto básico y de ejecución de rehabilitación del Balneario de Caldeliñas

Abstract

[Resumen] Este proyecto se basa en el antiguo edificio de los “Baños de Caldeliñas” con primeras referencias de su construcción en el 1840. Situado en el pueblo de Caldeliñas, en el municipio de Verín, al Sur de Ourense, está situado en un enclave óptimo para la explotación del turismo termal. Al igual que en otras zonas de Galicia, las aguas termales son conocidas y utilizadas desde la era Romana para tratar todo tipo de dolencias y en Verín se han consumido siempre aguas de sus diferentes manantiales, con nombres de relevancia como Cabreiroá, Sousas, Fontenova o Requeixo. El objetivo de este proyecto es tratar de dar más importancia a la rehabilitación de los edificios antiguos con riguroso respeto hacia el estado original y la conservación de los elementos significativos de la arquitectura más tradicional, mezclando la actualidad con la historia. Lo que se pretende a grandes rasgos es recuperar el edificio y establecer de nuevo el termalismo en la villa como forma de movimiento turístico, igual que se hacía antaño e igual que se sigue haciendo en la vecina ciudad de Chaves, dónde han recuperado además restos del Aquae Flaviae que data de la época Romana.[Abstract] This project is based on the old building of the "Baths of Caldeliñas" with first references to its construction in 1840. Located in the village of Caldeliñas, in the village of Verin, south of Ourense, is situated in an optimal location for the exploitation of thermal tourism. As in other areas of Galicia, the hot springs are known and used since the Roman era to treat all kinds of ailments and Verin they have always consumed waters of different springs, with names relevance as Cabreiroá, Sousas, Fontenova or Requeixo. The objective of this project is to try to give more importance to the rehabilitation of old buildings with rigorous respect for the original state and the preservation of the significant elements of the traditional architecture, blending today with history. The aim broadly is to restore the building and establish new hot springs in the village as a form of tourism movement, as old and just became that continues in the neighboring city of Chaves, where they have also recovered remains of aquae Flaviae dating from Roman times.
