| dc.description.abstract | [Resumen] LA TESIS SE ESTRUCTURA EN DOS PARTES EN LA PRIMERA, DIVIDIDA EN TRES CAPITULOS. SE EXAMINAN LAS CUESTIONES CONCEPTUALES Y LAS REGLAS DE PROCEDIMIENTO ABORDANDO LA REGULACION DE LAS AYUDAS PUBLICAS EN EL CAMPO DEL COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL. EL DERECHO COMUNITARIO Y EL DERECHO INTERNO ESPAÑOL. DESDE ESTA TRIPLE VERTIENTE SE DEFINEN LOS CONCEPTOS DE AYUDA Y SUBVENCIONY SE DELIMITAN LOS POSIBLES SUPUESTOS DE PARTICIPACION EN EL CAPITAL DE LAS EMPRESAS. DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA JURIDICO-FINANCIERA Y SE EXPONEN LAS REGLAS DE PROCEDIMIENTO. EN LA SEGNDA PARTE, DIVIDIDA EN CUATRO CAPITULOS, SE ESTUDIAN LAS DISTINTAS FASES DEL ANALISIS QUE LLEVA A CABO LA COMISION EUROPEA PARA PODER CALIFICAR UNA APORTACION DE CAPITAL COMO AYUDA ESTATAL Y DETERMINAR SU EVENTUAL AUTORIZACION A TITULO EXCEPCIONAL. | es_ES |
