A horticultura terapéutica como ferramenta para mellorar a calidade de vida das persoas maiores residentes nun centro residencial: O proxecto VIMIHORTA

Abstract

[Resumo] Trátase dun proxecto de acción socio educativa dirixido a mellorar a calidade de vida das persoas maiores residentes nun centro residencial. Comezamos por unha breve xustificación teórica, na que afondamos na realidade das persoas maiores e na calidade de vida distas nun centro residencial, para logo expoñer diferentes modalidades de horta para as persoas maiores, afondando máis na horticultura terapéutica, na que se basea o proxecto de horta deseñado ”Vimihorta”. O proxecto está deseñado para as estacións de primaveira, verán e outono e combina tanto actividades de traballo específico[Abstract] It treats of one project of action educational partner directed to improve the quality of life of the resident senior people in one center residential. We begin by a brief theoretical justification in the that describe the reality of the senior people and the quality of life of these in one center residential, for afterwards expose different modalities of vegetable garden to the senior people, giving more importance to horticultural theraphy, in the that bases the project of vegetable garden designed ”Vimihorta”. The project is designed stop the stations of spring, summer and autumn and combines so much activities of specific work in the vegetable garden how complementary, adapted to the profile and needs of the residents
