dc.description.abstract[Abstract] We do not notice it in all countries equally, but there are regions in the world where climate change is already wreaking havoc and tearing many people from their homes. Most have moved to the suburbs of the cities of their own country and another part has left the country, opting for migration. There are severa! regions of the planet where this type of migration is already a reality. In this article we will focus our attention on environmental migrants in the Atlantic area and specially in Sahel region as well as on the existent protection framework for environmental migrants.es_ES
