Abstract
[Resumen] En la actualidad, el uso de redes inalámbricas crece exponencialmente en entornos empresariales
de todo tipo. Si bien es cierto que existen una gran cantidad de soluciones en el
ámbito de auditoría de redes inalámbricas para grandes organizaciones, las soluciones que
existen para las pequeñas empresas son escasas, y esto junto a la poca comprensión de las
nuevas tecnologías puede suponer un gran riesgo para la organización.
En este contexto se crea una herramienta que tiene como objetivo la auditoría de redes
inalámbricas en entornos empresariales basada en hardware de bajo coste y que requiera un
mínimo de conocimiento de tecnologías de la información por parte del usuario.
La herramienta consiste en un sistema escalable basado en placas de bajo coste que permiten
monitorizar y auditar el entorno inalámbrico y mostrar la información obtenida al usuario
de forma inteligible.
Para el desarrollo de cada uno de los dispositivos se hace uso de un adaptador de red
externo que facilite el proceso de captura de tráfico de red y posteriormente se procesa ese
tráfico mediante la librería Scapy de Python y se muestra al usuario mediante una interfaz
web creada a través del framework Django.
Tras la finalización del desarrollo de la herramienta, se realizan una serie de pruebas tanto
en un entorno real como en un entorno simulado y se hacen conclusiones sobre los resultados
obtenidos.
[Abstract] Nowadays, the use of wireless networks is growing exponentially in business environments of all kinds. Although there is a large number of solutions in the field of wireless network auditing for large organizations, the solutions that exist for small companies are scarce, and this together with the little understanding of new technologies can pose a great risk for the organization. In this context, a tool is created that aims to audit wireless networks in business environments based on low-cost hardware and that requires a minimun knowledge of TI by the user. The tool consists of a scalable system based on low-cost boards that allow monitoring and auditing the wireless environment and displaying the information obtained to the user in an inteligible way. For the development of each of the devices, an external network adapter is used to facilitate the process of capturing network traffic and later that traffic is processed throught the Python Scapy library and shown to the user through a web interface created via the Django framework. After the completion of the deveolpment of the tool, a series of tests are carried out both in a real environment and in a simulated environment and conclusions are made on the results obtained.
