Mejora de la calidad total en las entidades gallegas

Abstract

[Resumen] El objetivo principal de este estudio es determinar aquellas áreas o puntos que las organizaciones radicadas en la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia necesitan reforzar para mejorar su implantación de la gestión de la calidad total tomando como base el Modelo EFQM de Excelencia. En un primer punto se aborda el marco conceptual sobre la importancia que tiene la calidad en la actualidad y la confusión de conceptos que giran a su alrededor. En un segundo apartado se plantea el objetivo principal del trabajo. Posteriormente, en un epígrafe nuevo se analiza como las normas ISO 9000:2000 son un buen camino para la llegar a la calidad total con especial referencia al modelo europeo de la European Foundation for Quality Management. En el apartado siguiente se describe la investigación realizada. Y, finalmente se exponen las conclusiones finales, así como, las futuras líneas de investigación.

[Abstract] The principal objective of this study is to determine those areas or points that the organizations resided in the Autonomous Community of Galicia need to reinforce to improve their implantation of the management total quality taking like base the Model EFQM of Excellence. In a first point the conceptual frame is approached about the importance that has the quality at the present time and the confusion of concepts that turn around to his. In a second section he raises the principal objective of the work. Later, in a new epigraph it is analyzed as the norms ISO 9000:2000 are a good way for arrive to the total quality with special reference to the European Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management. In the following section the investigation is described. Finally, are exposed the final conclusions and the future investigation lines.
