Abstract
[Abstract] The “nobiliary titles” are considered, as concept and word, by lawmakers, com- mon law and scientific doctrine in complete accord. Nevertheless, it happens in the opposite way of its traditional meaning. Furthermore it should be discussed from a scientific point o view as far as aristocracy -which includes Títulos and Grandezas del Reino- is independent -but compatible- with the non-egalitarian juridic principle from which it is based the former social-class system, and which is needed in order to let juri- dical being of Nobleness be really possible.
