Proyecto de rehabilitación Obrador de panadería artesanal: Xuanzo - Abegondo (A Coruña)

Abstract

[Resumen] La edificación, en la cual baso mi proyecto, es una casa rural de dos plantas destinada a uso vivienda. Ésta tiene anexionados dos edificaciones: un molino harinero de agua para la molienda de la molienda de trigo, maíz y centeno; y un horno tradicional de piedra. Se encuentra situada en Lg/ de Lamas nº 28, Xuanzo, perteneciente al Ayuntamiento de Abegondo (A Coruña). Dicho núcleo rural se encuentra a tan sólo 30 Km de la capital de la provincia.Los objetivos generales de este proyecto son: 1- Exaltar la importancia que tiene hoy en día la rehabilitación y restauración de las construcciones tradicionales en Galicia y en todas y cada una de los núcleos de población rural del país. 2- La dinamización económica de la zona; realizando un cambio de uso a “Obrador de Panadería Artesanal”, (función primitiva de la edificación, y razón de ser para su construcción). Pretendo plasmar en este proyecto, la posibilidad de realizar una rehabilitación no sólo desde el punto de vista constructivo, sino la recuperación de una actividad económica y tradicional del entorno. 3- La rehabilitación del edificio, respetando la composición original, sin variar su volumetría. 4- Adaptar el edificio, actualmente en estado de abandono, al Código Técnico de la Edificación, RITE, normativa alimenticia y normas subsidiarias actualmente en vigor.[Abstract] The building, in which, I based my project, is a rural house of two floors, dedicated to use housing. That building has annexed two buildings: a flour mill built in water for the grinding of the milling of wheat, corn and rye; and a traditional stone oven. It is situated in Lg / Lamas Nº 28, Xuanzo, in the Municipality of Abegondo (A Coruña). The rural place is located just 30 km from the capital of the province.The general objectives of this project are: 1- To extol, the importance of today, about the rehabilitation and restoration of traditional buildings in Galicia and in every one of the cores of rural population. 2- The economic revitalization of this area; making a change of use to " Obrador Artisan Bakery " (the original function of the building, and the reason to build this construction) . I pretend to capture in this project, the possibility of rehabilitation not only from the construction point of view, but also, recovery of economic and traditional activity of the environment. 3- The rehabilitation of the building, respecting the original structure, without aggression to the original composition of this property. 4- Adapting the building, currently in a state of neglect, the Technical Building Code, RITE, food legislation and subsidiary legislation currently in force.
