Abstract
[Resumen] En varios puntos próximos a La Bastida (Sierra de Tamames, Salamanca) se registra la presencia de Didymograptus bifidus (Hall, 1865) Y D.cf. nanus (Lapworth, 1875) caracterizando al Llanvirniense Inferior. Por otra parte, una muestra recogida en 1972 en Villarmayor (25 km al O de Salamanca) presenta un ejemplar de Didymograptus sp., definiendo al Llanvirniense en un área en donde hasta ahora no se conocía la presencia del Ordovícico.
