Abstract
[Resumen] Los Moot Courts y los Juicios Simulados son actividades completas para ayudar al alumnado a comprender y a aplicar en su vertiente práctica los conceptos teóricos estudiados en las asignaturas de Derecho Procesal. En el trabajo que se presenta compartimos nuestra experiencia y reflexiones a propósito del mejor modo de organizar las simulaciones de juicios como actividad evaluable del Grado en Derecho.
[Abstract] Moot Courts and Mock Trials are comprehensive activities in order to help the students to understand and to apply in practice the theoretical concepts studied in the courses of Procedural Law. This paper is aimed at sharing our experiences and reflections concerning the best way of organising simulated proceedings as an assessable activity in the Law Degree.
