Orígenes y evolución del turismo en Galicia durante el siglo XIX

Abstract

[Resumen] Este trabajo persigue explicar los orígenes y la evolución del turismo tanto como fenómeno sociológico como económico en Galicia durante el siglo XIX. Identifica sus fases, sus factores de impulso -de forma particular el papel jugado por la extensión de las primeras líneas férreas por Galicia y hacia Galicia-, sus modalidades y la geografía turística que se dibujó durante esta centuria. [Abstract]:This work aims to explain the origins and evolution of tourism as a sociological and economic phenomenon in Galicia from the beginning of the 19th century. It identifies its phases, its impulse factors -in particular the role played by the extension of the first railway lines by Galicia and towards Galicia-, its modalities and the tourist geography that was drawn during this century
