Análisis de viabilidad de un surf camp

Abstract

[Resumen] En el presente trabajo de fin de grado, se desarrolla el análisis de viabilidad de un surf camp, es decir un albergue turístico, que ofrece lecciones de surf y otras actividades relacionadas a sus huéspedes. El trabajo comenzara con un breve plan de negocio, donde se muestra la localización del albergue, servicios a prestar y a quienes están dirigidos, así como que necesidades se pretende satisfacer. A continuación se desarrolla el plan financiero, especificando el horizonte temporal de éste y las políticas y estrategias que llevan a la elaboración de los estados financieros previsionales y a realizar el control a priori. Finalmente se lleva a cabo el análisis de viabilidad que determina si el plan financiero es apto, como es el caso, o por el contrario debe modificarse.[Abstract] The following end of degree project shows the feasibility study of a surf camp, wich is a hostel that offers surf lessons and other related activities to his guests. The project begins with a brief bussines plan, where it is shown the location of the hostel, the services that are going to be offered and to whom will be offered, as well as the necesities that are excepted to be satisfied. Next, it is developed the financial plan, specifying the time frame of the plan and the differents policies and strategies. This policies and strategies will be used to complete the interim financial statemet and the control in advance, as well as the feasibility study, wich determinates if the financial plan is suitable, or on the contrary, it should be modified.
