Abstract
[Resumen] Incorporar la igualdad de género en las organizaciones es una labor urgente.
Desde un punto de vista tanto jurídico como ético, el/la agente de igualdad de
oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres resulta esencial para conseguir dicho
objetivo. Por esta razón, a lo largo de este trabajo reflexionaremos desde una
perspectiva filosófica en torno al papel de dicho/a profesional como parte
impulsora del cambio cultural en las organizaciones. Consideramos que este
agente actúa como puente entre las exigencias elaboradas desde el derecho en
materia de igualdad y la voluntariedad de accionar que deviene de la ética en
este mismo sentido. Es decir, el/la agente de igualdad de oportunidades entre
mujeres y hombres es una figura central para la incorporación de la perspectiva
de género en la gestión ética de las instituciones
[Abstract] Incorporating gender equality into organizations is an urgent task. From a legal and ethical point of view, the equal opportunities agent between women and men is essential for achieving this goal. For this reason, we will reflect on the role of this professional as a driving force to propel a cultural change in organizations. We consider that this agent acts as a bridge between the gender equality demanded by law and the voluntariness of action derived from the ethics. That is, the agent of equal opportunities between women and men stands as a central figure for the incorporation of the gender perspective in the ethical management of institutions
