dc.description.abstract[Abstract]: This study identifies a robust 49-gene prognostic signature for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) using the Fast Correlation-Based Filter (FCBF) algorithm on the SCAN-B cohort, demonstrating high predictive accuracy when combined with clinical covariates like age.
