Abstract
[Resumo] O presente artigo tem dois objetivos: mapear condições institucionais, políticas e
de conteúdo que interferem em Políticas Públicas de Educação Ambiental na Ilha de
Fernando de Noronha; e contribuir com sugestões de objetivos, princípios, ações e
instrumentos de políticas públicas de EA, que fortaleça o compromisso mútuo entre a
escola e outras instituições de Fernando de Noronha, podendo subsidiar outros territórios.
Esta investigação tem por fundamento a pesquisa qualitativa realizada junto à instituição
que atua no campo da EA e dialoga com a pesquisa-intervenção e a etnográfica. Como
principal resultado evidencia-se a fragilidade de articulação, coesão e sinergia das ações
de Educação Ambiental na Ilha em 2013. Sugere-se a criação de um Projeto Político
Pedagógico territorial como estratégia para fortalecer, formular, e implantar políticas
públicas de EA comprometidas com um território educador e educado ambientalmente
[Abstract] The presente article had two goals: to map the institutional conditions, politicies and contente that intervenes in public politics of enviromental education in Fernando de Noronha; e built a scenario with sugestion of actions principles and instruments of public politics in the enviromental education that strengthen the mutual commitment between school and others institutions in Fernando de Noronha, being able to subsidize other territories. Grounded in methdology of qualitative research dialogues with intervention research ethnographic. As main result in the spotlight is the fragility of articulation, cohesion and synergy of enviromental education actions in Fernando de Noronha in 2013. It is suggested the creation of a territorial Pedagogical Political Project as strategy to strengthen, formulate and implant public politics of enviromental education commited with the educational and educated enviromental territorry.
