Abstract
[Abstract] Globalization has made states assume the issue of the labour relation in different ways, due to the fact that the system of production has been adapted to commercial worldwide tendencies, making the matter of efficiency be included in the agenda of labour regulations. The aim is that the regulation does not become a barrier for the development of the countries, but on the contrary, it generates a competitive environment in the new economical world order. Nevertheless, this panorama uncovers some questions about the workers’ situation whit respect to the satisfaction of the social principles and rights which can be violated or reduced because of the flexibility or deregulation of labour law.
