Abstract
[Resumo] O artigo 12 do Estatuto dos traballadores prevé unha fórmula de emprego compartido con que se pretende dar acceso ao mercado laboral ás persoas desempregadas e facilitar a súa formación á beira dos traballadores que se xubilan de forma parcial: o contrato de revezamento ou remuda. Con todo, as interaccións entre estas dúas figuras deron lugar a distintas solucións,que son as que se intenta aclarar neste artigo científico.
[Abstract] Article 12 of the Workers’ Statute provides a job-sharing formula which aims to give access to the labour market to an unemployed person and facilitate his training next to a worker who retires partially. However, the interactions between both figures have given rise to different solutions, which this paper attempts to clarify.
