Abstract
[Resumo] A regulación dada pola Lei 3/2012, do 6 de xullo, ao denominado «traballo a distancia», que era unha modalidade de traballo xa existente no noso dereito, supuxo a atribución á devandita modalidade duns trazos que a dotan de maior seguridade xurídica (malia as lagoas aínda existentes), por unha parte; e que a configuran como un verdadeiro instrumento para conciliar a vida persoal e familiar (a pesar das dificultades non resoltas), pola outra. Neste artigo preténdese dar unha visión global da institución, cos seus principais elementos.
[Abstract] Regulation given by Law 3/2012, of 6 July, to the so-called «remote work» -a type of work already existing in our law-, resulted in the attribution of some features which, on the one hand, provide it with greater certainty (despite still existing gaps) and, on the other hand, configured it as a true instrument for reconciling professional, private and family life (despite the unresolved difficulties). This article is intended to give an overview of the institution, with its main elements.
